Just a 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport and only 5 minutes drive from a superb sandy beach this villa is superbly located for a relaxing holiday but with entertainment nearby.
The lovely pool and large garden area, lit at night, is furnished with 6 sunloungers, and two parasols and the garden is designed with palms and Mediterranean plants. The spacious verandah has a glass topped table and 4 chairs perfect for either a leisurely breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
The large air-conditioned lounge contains two 3 seater leather sofas, rug, pictures, traditional Spanish fireplace, mirror and books. For your entertainment, in addition to the games room in the garage (with pool table and table tennis table), there is Digital TV with UK channels plus a CD music system, DVD and a Guest Information File. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The spacious and modern kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine plus iron and ironing board.
The air-conditioned master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed, bedside cabinets, 6 drawer chest, full length mirror, lamps and double built in wardrobes. The master bedroom also has a dressing area plus en suite facilities of a bath with shower over, shower screen, WC, bidet, basin, plus mirror with lights overhead.
The third bedroom is also on the ground floor and air-conditioned and contains double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, mirror and built in double wardrobes.
Upstairs is a galleried landing with entrance to the second bedroom and the solarium. This bedroom is air-conditioned, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, two built in double wardrobes, 6 drawer chest, rugs and a mirror. The second bedroom also features en suite facilities containing bath (with shower over), shower screen WC, bidet, basin and mirror with spotlights overhead.
The solarium, which has lovely mountain views, also has 2 reclining chairs.

Local activities in and around Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.
Europe's biggest theme park covering 105 hectares and found just outside Benidorm. Huge car parking area. Large number of rides for children and adults of all ages. Over 80 restaurants and cafes. A full day out. Easily reached from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Located next to Terra Mitica and open all year round. Split into 4 areas this park has over 1500 animals in near natural habitat. Try the 50kmph zip wire over the elephants or swim with rays and sharks. Easy access from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
