Coto Real is a great holiday resort for those looking for a quiet area that in just a few minutes you can access Duquesa Marina, the beach, Sabinillas and all restaurants, bars and amenities.
Internally the apartment has been finished to an excellent standard and exudes luxury while also being an inviting and cosy holiday apartment. Both the lounge area and master bedroom have access to the large terrace which is south west facing so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and into the evening. The covered area of the terrace provides welcome shade during the summer months and is perfect for lunch and evening drinks. The ambience of the property lends itself to a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The direct access to the pool from the property means families can enjoy a wonderful holiday in a superb environment.

Resort facilities - Coto Real is a superb resort that benefits from a large pool and expansive gardens.
Beach - The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 5 minute car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 25 minute walk away.
Golf - La Duquesa Golf is only a short car drive away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 10 minute drive away.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk. The Churinguito beach bars are a 25 minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria !
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 25 minute walk away although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months.

A welcome pack will be provided for all guests upon arrival. Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability). Cot and high chair hire can be requested at the time of booking at an additional charge of 30€ and 15€ per week respectively. Maid service is not provided but can be requested at the time of booking at an additional 50€ charge.
