A modern luxury 3 bedroomed Lodge with Balcony on a holiday park set in 27 acres of peaceful parkland, 3 miles from Padstow and 3 miles from St Merryn.
The site has recently been taken over and there has been a dramatic refurbishment including a new ammenity centre and reception along with a much more proffesional approach to running the site.

This lodge is set in a holiday park in St Merryn and is of modern luxury design, it has 3 bedrooms which consists of a double master bedroom with ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes, a twin room with built in wardrobes and another bedroom with bunk beds there is also a travel cot if needed.
There are duvets and pillows for all beds but you will need to bring duvet, pillow case covers and towels. The bathroom has a bath and a shower over the bath.
The lodge has a modern comfortable lounge / diner and a fully fitted kitchen, the lounge has a television with dvd player and comfortable seating, the dining area seats six and there are two childrens seats one being a highchair.
The kitchen has a microwave and a washer dryer and a full sized fridge / freezer as well as all the usual items needed for a comfortable stay.
The lodge benefits from full central heating. To the outside their is a wooden decked area with patio seating for those glorious days and evenings and ample parking near the lodge.
On site there is a shop and a clubhouse which has entertainment every night, the club also serves meals upto 9pm at night, they also serve breakfast upto 10.30 in the morning, there is an arcade area for the children and an adventure playground outside.
You are 3 miles from Padstow and 3 miles from St Merryn and approx 12 miles from Newquay. There are also many pubs and takeaways in the local vicinity.
