The property has a balcony around the exterior for sitting, eating and relaxing and has views of the gardens,pool & surrounding pine mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large living area adjoined to the kitchen & dining area, all of which is comfortably furnished.
There is a twin bedroom, double bedroom, both furnished with wardrobes & drawers and a bathroom that has a bath with shower over. A full range of towels for use in the apartment and linen are provided.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region. The Turquoise Coast area earns its name from the spectacular coastline in the region, with a combination of lots of fertile greenery and sandy beaches. The warm climate and beautfiful sea makes this the ideal place for a holiday in the sun, but those seeking an alternative should head inland to sample the 1,000 years of heritage the country has to offer at various ancient Lycian, Dorian or Roman sites. Highlights include those at Myra, Simena, and the Xanthos valley, and particularly the wonderful site at Olympos.
There are many boat excursions every day that take you to roman ruins, tombs, mud baths to then cleanse yourself with hot springs.
Marmaris Area: Marmaris is originally a Greek word meaning glittering and shining and this is a very apt description. The beautiful harbour water front hosts many restaurants and bars where you can relax and take in the spectacular view. Netsel Marina is an important yachting centre full of romantic restaurants, shops and boutiques. One look at the yachts in the harbour will tell you that Marmaris is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort. The traffic-free promenade stretching from the marina all the way round the bay to Icmeler. It has a sophisticated 'Riviera' feel to it.
Shopping in Marmaris is an experience in itself. Leather goods, gold, carpets and clothing are very reasonably priced. The bazaar is a must for visitors, a rabbit warren of shops of every description, where the shopkeepers will try to entice you into their shops.
There are many beautiful islands and villages to visit. Gullets are the local boats used for boat trips and provide food and drink and a wonderful day out. All kinds of water sports are available, diving is very popular.
There are many days out to be had, boat trips, jeep safaris & mud baths to name a few. Also, a must is a 'Turkish Bath' an experience not to be missed.
Fly from all regional airports to Dalaman, Marmaris is approx 1hr from the airport.
