The villa enjoys a commanding position on the east side of the lake with superb lake views, sleeping for 5 guests, large garden, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, off road secure, gated parking. It is rare for a property of this size to be available with such superb views where you can dine alfresco as you watch the sun set!
Dining facilities inside the large living room for 6 guests or take lunch on the terrace, enjoy a picnic in the garden. 2 bathrooms further enhances the feeling of space. The bedrooms feature 1 double room, a futher bedroom with bunk bed plus a 3rd room with a single bedroom. The house comfortably sleeps 5 guests.
Tre rosa is just a couple of minutes drive serving delicious regional specilalities with awesome lake views. Lucy's bar is a little bar where you are likely to bump into one of the many characters-check out Sunday evening's impromptu jazz evening where if you can play an instument you are invited to join in! Some superb resturants and cafe bars can be found here in Nesso as well as some narrow roads for superb lakeside drives ( not for the feint hearted!) The popular beech at Faggeto Lario is just 15 mins drive and Bellagio is well worth a visit just 20 mins further north to mix with the tourists-Nesso is for the local life-real Lake Como living!
