Princesa Ico is a delightful little complex of just 16 one bedroom apartments located just 300 yards from the beach and colourfull promendade with an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. This prime location is also just 10 minutes walk to the 'Old town'.
All apartments benefit from a south facing sunny patio or balcony and a view overlooking the pool. The large balconies have table and chairs, which are ideal for outside dining. The solarium is spacious, clean and well supplied with sun loungers. Princesa Ico has become known for its tranquil setting.This is definitely a place for sun worshippers.

The apartments are suitable for two adults and a child up to 12 years old. Some of the apartments downstairs have double communicating doors suitable for larger families or friends.

Local activities in and around Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote
Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature.
The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island. The old fishing village has retained the harbour atmosphere and is an excellent place to sample the local fish restaurants and local shops which are only a short distance from all our properties. When the sun goes down, the beachfront livens up and there is a great selection of good quality restaurants, bars and discos later on.
Transfers are by Taxi which cost about 10 pounds and take about 10-15 minutes. The receptionist will be expecting you.
