This family run complex is only 10 miutes walk from the promenade, and 25 minutes walk to the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. The whole complex is on the beach side of the road, and therefore no apartment is further from the beach than a minutes walk. There is a large heated pool, situated in an enclosed and well protected sun terrace.
Each block of 6 apartments is set in mature structural gardens. There are only two 1 bedroom apartments on the whole complex, both on the ground floor with a patio, and they are very popular with people wishing to do long duration syas of 8 or 10 weeks.

We have different standards of apartments which range from a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom standard, sleeping up to 3, up to a delexe 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment right on the beach, which can sleep up to 5.
Prices are based on 2 or 3 sharing, not per person. Extra guests can be accommodated at a small charge.

Local activities in and around Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote
Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature.
The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island. The old fishing village has retained the harbour atmosphere and is an excellent place to sample the local fish restaurants and local shops which are only a short distance from all our properties. When the sun goes down, the beachfront livens up and there is a great selection of good quality restaurants, bars and discos later on.
Transfers are by Taxi which cost about 10 pounds and take about 10-15 minutes. The receptionist will be expecting you
