The apartments are within 20 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. There are two further local courses, Marina Golf located besides the sea and Cortijo Grande situated in the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera.
The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.
The old village of Mojacar Pueblo is within walking distance and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops and a busy market every Wednesday. Mojacar Playa has over 200 bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches, most of which are monitored by lifeguards during the summer months.
