This stylish townhouse is very well presented and decorated in neutral tones throughout and is set up over four stories, with a twin room, double room with private patio and gorgeous bathroom on the ground floor, open living space and dining area with separate kitchen on the second floor, master bedroon en suite and single bedroom with bathroom on third floor, and a spacious triple room on the fourth floor.
We welcome families, groups of friends and sailing crews alike. Check out the well maintained local footpaths and cycle tracks.

We would also be very pleased to book the accomodation for 'odd' durations, ie midweek or weekends for a nightly rate, again please contact us for details! Alternative check in is available for those on an early ferry.

Local activities in and around Cowes, South
Arctic House is situated in a quiet spot on Arctic Road in Cowes, with views acros the River Medina to East Cowes Marina. A lovely cycle path along the river to Newport starts just a minute away- suitable for all ages. The Isle of Wight Cycle Festival takes place September 13th to 21st.

The pretty sailing mecca of Cowes is a 20 minute walk away and has many sailing events including Round the Island Race on the 28th June and the world famous Cowes Week in August.
There are some great restaurants in Cowes itself, or why not get in the car and try out some different ones around the island? The Isle of Wight can be a great destination for people from all walks of life; familes try out one of our blue flag beaches, Cowes and Gurnard beaches themselves have Seaside Awards, Black Gang Chine and Robin Hill theme parks open from 17th March until the 2nd November and they will let you visit for free if you return within 7 days!
There are castles with donkeys, Roman villas, windmills, even a festival of garlic to be enjoyed!!
Whatever you are coming over to the island for, a quiet relaxing time enjoying a 'g and t' looking over the river, or watching the yachts whizz by in a race down on Cowes green, you will come back for more!!
IYWAC Sailing Centre
The 'IYWAC' sailing centre is 5 minutes walk along the road, with great value 'learn to sail weekends' etc.
For the more cultural of you, try an evening of classical music and fireworks at a former home of Queen Victoria, Osborne House in East Cowes on the 19th July
