This luxury villa with its own private pool (5m x 3m)stands in its own walled and very safe grounds in the beautiful fishing village of Burgau. Our villa is within 5 minutes gentle stroll of the award winning blue flag beach and all of the villages restaurants, bars and shops etc. The villa although centrally located in the village is on a quiet cul-del sac and so has no major roads passing close by. The villa has been furnished to an incredibly high specification and has air-conditioning/heating to most rooms. Burgau lies within 10 minutes drive of Lagos which is often described as the most architecturally attractive town on the Algarve. A car is not necessary for those stopping at our villa and transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.

Our villa has the benefit of a private pool (5m x 3m) and very safe and secure walled perimeter grounds. The villa has the benefit of 2 master bedrooms both being en-suite with fully built in wardrobes. There is a further large shower room on the ground floor for the other bedrooms. Also the villa has a large 2nd lounge/games room with flat screen TV and Playstation 2 together with several games. As an added benefit the games room also has a pool table so making the this lounge a great place for teenagers and young ones alike. The main lounge has the benefit of soft Italian leather settees together with matching coffee table and lamp tables.
The lounge has a flat screen TV with satellite channels enabling those that wish to keep up to date with the UK soaps and news etc. The villa has a state of the art sound system in place enabling either individual MP3 players to plug in and play through the villa ceiling speakers in the lounge, dining, kitchen and 2 master bedrooms. The kitchen has all new (May 2007) appliances including Dishwasher and Washing machines.

Private Pool, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The villa is surrounded on 3 sides by its own walled grounds. We have a private 5m x 3m pool for our guests to enjoy. We provide all sun-lounges, reclining chairs and a table & BBQ for alfresco dining

Local activities in and around Burgau, Western Algarve
This area of the Algarve has numerous great beaches for you to explore. As well as the Burgau blue flag beach there are probably another dozen within a 10 minute drive that are also stunning. The area is fantastic for nature lovers and walkers as there are plenty of coastal walks giving views of the most amazing scenery. Lagos is only a 10 minute drive away and is often described as the most architecturally attractive town on the Algarve.
The new marina is a great place to people watch or you can while away hours around the old town amongst the miriad of cobbled streets. To the east and west of Burgau lie Luz and Salema, both great places to visit or walk to. As an added advantage, those who do not want to have a car can make use of the excellent local bus service which passes through Burgau and the bus stop is only a couple of hundred yards from our villa. Golf courses obviously abound on this area of the Algarve, and there are at least 6 excellent courses with a 20 minute drive of the villa.
The closet two being Boa Vista (5 mins by car) and Parque da Floresta (10 minutes by car). However, Palmares, Penina, Pinta and Gramacho are all within a 20 minute drive approx. We have provided tennis rackets and balls at the villa for those who would like to play at Burgau sports centre (also available squash, heated swimming pool, aerobics) or at Parque da Floresta. There is a luxury spa for those wishing to endulge in some pampering at the luxury Parque da Floresta spa. Water sports enthusiats will not be disappointed either as several surf schools are active in the area and body boarding is very popular at lots of the local beaches.
The villa lies within a hours drive of the airport and very simple instructions are sent when the final balance is paid. The drive really is a breeze as the new inland motorway makes it so simple.
