New for 2007, our luxury apartment is located on the Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf & Country Club site. Only 30 mins from Malaga airport. The apartment is airconditioned and will sleep 6 max in style. Fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, marble floors, Sky TV, underground parking. Two patios, one overlooking the pool and gardens, the other looking out over the Med. Quality outdoor furniture on both patios.
Golf, Swimming pools, Tennis, Bowling are all on site. The beach is about 1 mile away and shops bars and restaurant are close by. Great range of facilities in the area. A perfect place for a relaxing break away from it all and a family sun, sand & sea holiday.
Built in 2006 the apartment is part of the Los Lagos complex attached to the Santa Maria Golf & Country Club. There are several pools to choose from with one overlooked from the apartment.
The golf course, tennis and bowling green are located together at the Clubhouse. There are also bars and a restaurant.
There are 2 bedrooms each with two single beds and wardrobes. One has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second bathroom. Both have a fantastic powerful shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 with washing machine, dishwasher, full oven, hob and microwave. Plenty of storage and a large fridge freezer.
Two leather sofas 2 seter and a three seater which also converts into a double bed. A dining area with designer table and chairs together with a LCD TV connected to SKY Freeview with a number of English TV channels. Overlooking the pool off the kitchen is one patio which is equipped with a good quality dinning table and chairs for 6 for alfresco eating. Off the lounge is second large patio also equipped with quality furniture to relax on.
The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by a lift from the car park. Reserved underground parking space and storage are are in the basement. The beach is a short walk and is arguably the best in the area. Sunbeds are for hire and there is a number of beach cafes/bars.

Located on the famous Costa Del Golf. We are located on the Santa Maria Golf & Country Club and there are many memorable Golf courses close by. If golf is not your thing there is a Bowling Green at Clubhouse available to visitors. Tennis at Clubhouse available to visitors.
The beach is within walking distance (about 1 mile away). Beach Cafes and sunbeds available to rent. Marbella town centre 4 miles away. The Old Town and Tapas bars. Lots of Festivals during the season. Puerto Banus Marina is 6 miles way. Beach activites, water sports, Karting, boat hire all close by.
Capobina Marina is close by with several popular restaurants. A choice of shops, bars and restaurant are within walking distance of the apartment. Marbella and its historic old town are 5 minutes drive and the famous Puerto Baunus Marina a little further down the coast.
The region is a popular holiday destination and there are lots of activites for the more energetic guests. For the quiter life there are lots of interesting and historic places to explore along the coast and inland. Gibraltar is within reach and there are ferries available to travel to the African Coast.
At the Elvira exit on the right. Take right at top of the road. Onto Avda Santa Maria. Cross a bridge over the golf course. Our parking space and storage is bay 3 at the end block 1.
