These luxury villas are located in a prime elevated position just up the road from our main Club Oceano complex. These spacious villas are very close to the ever more popular old town fishing harbour and yet still within a 10 minute walk from the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. The villas, all south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, are very sheltered from the prevailing winds making them a real suntrap and ideal for sun worshippers.

The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom for the 2 other bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villas are tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV.
The villa leads onto a large covered veranda furnished with stylish patio teak table and chairs and equipped with a built-in barbecue, making this a perfect spot for outside dining. The ample sun terrace with large private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. Each villa has its own private car parking space with gate as well as its own entry phone intercom.

Local activities in and around Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature.
The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island. The old fishing village has retained the harbour atmosphere and is an excellent place to sample the local fish restaurants and local shops which are only a short distance from all our properties. When the sun goes down, the beachfront livens up and there is a great selection of good quality restaurants, bars and discos later on.
Transfers are by Taxi which cost about 10 pounds and take about 10-15 minutes. The receptionist will be expecting you in Club Oceano nearby and take you up to the villa personally.

Rental Notes: We are flexible with change over day - any day you like. We can accommodate larger groups as we have three identical villas next to each other. Prices are per week departing in a given date band, and are based on 4 sharing. Other durations are possible on a pro rata basis, and each villa can sleep up to 7, with a small charge for each extra guest. Deposits are £250.00 per week, and the balance is due 9 weeks before departure.
We are ATOL bonded so we can book flights for you, if you wish.
