The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor level with the owners accommodation above. There is a very sunny open plan sitting room kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. A super feature of the apartment is the large patio which has stunning sea views from the Rame peninsula to the east across the expanse of Looe Bay to the ancient port of Looe in the west. The town of Looe can be reached by car in 10/15 minutes and Plymouth in half an hour via the Torpoint ferry.
The stroll to the beach (sand & shingle) is less than 5 minutes and Downderry has a well stocked local shop, a coffee shop, restaurant and pub/eatery all within a short walk.
This is a lovely property, beautifully maintained and ideally situated for a quiet and relaxing break with excellent amenities close by.

There are wonderful National Trust houses and gardens easily accessible and the city of Plymouth is reachable in under half an hour. Truro is just over the hour away, the Eden Project about a forty minute drive and the north Cornish coast, Padstow etc. about an hours journey.
