Trevillis is a well maintained and beatifully decorated two bedroomed, modern bungalow, under new ownership and now available for holiday lets. Well-equipped for all your holiday needs, It sleeps up to 4 people in one double and one twin room.
Situated in a small wooded valley at the foot of Bodmin Moor, an ideal place to 'relax and get away from it all'. You are surrounded by typical Cornish countryside while remaining within easy reach of many attractions, including Dobwalls Theme Park, Looe, Polperro and many of Cornwall's lovely National Trust properties and gardens.
There is a Pub/restaurant just a short stroll away and many other eating places in the area.

'Trevillis' is a well-equipped, purpose built holiday bungalow, now under the ownership of a local lady and completely redecorated within the last few months. Double-glazed throughout, it offers you comfortable, self-catering accommodation with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Entry through the side door leads directly into the lounge which features soft seating for four people, television and video facilities, DVD player, supply of jigsaws and games and an electric heater. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four people around a pine table.
The well-equipped kitchen, offering a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, heated towel-rail, radio/CD player and a good supply of utensils, cutlery and crockery. Enough here to prepare a wide range of meals for the family, should you wish to do so.
As well as a pine double bed the main bedroom includes a pine wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, hair-dryer and two bedside tables with lamps.
The twin room also offers a pine wardrobe, bedside table and wall-mirror.
Both bedrooms are equipped with electric wall heaters.
The bathroom offers a w/c, wash-basin, shaver point, bath and electric shower.
Outside is a patio with garden furniture, including a table and four chairs.
The bungalow has one allocated parking space with more available on request.

Local activities in and around Liskeard, South West
Although 'Trevillis' and our other bungalows are all wonderful places to ‘get away from it all’ and to spend time in a peaceful and relaxing environment, they are also well situated as a ‘centre’ from which to visit some of the many attractions in South-East Cornwall and South-West Devon.
The fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey are a short drive away. Golitha Falls are just a five minute drive from Mallards. Sibleyback and Colliford Lakes, both within 20 miutes, offer fishing and watersports as well as nature walks.
Ramblers have the expanse of Bodmin Moor, and even Dartmoor, given a short car trip.
Garden lovers and National Trust members are spoilt for choice in Cornwall. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydroc, Boconnoc, Cothele and many more.
Children can be entertained at Dobwalls Theme Park (5 minutes away), Trethorne Leisure Farm (30 minutes away), or any of the beaches on the North or South coasts.
Plymouth is just a 40 minute drive away, with the National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican and the Hoe, the Plymouth Dome and the Theatre Royal. The Tamar Valley offers many quiet retreats, as well as places such as Cotehele House and the Quay at Calstock.
For golfers, St. Mellion is just a 20 minute drive away and plenty of other courses are within easy reach. Follow the link to 'Local golf' for further information.
Of course, the Eden Project will top the list for many visitors and 'Trevillis' is well situated, just 25-30 minutes away by road.
Trethorne Leisure Farm
A fantastic day out with the children. Plenty of animals and plenty of activities to keep them all busy. There's even a golf course as well.
Another great day out for the children (and adults). Within 5 minutes drive. Option to purchase reduced price return entry for SEVEN days. Close enough to keep popping back to fill the odd hour here and there.
M5 to Exeter. A38 through Plymouth, over Tamar Bridge to Liskeard. Follow signs to Launceston. Rosecraddoc Lodge is on the left, about a mile out of Liskeard, on the Launceston road.
