Villa Ribeiro III is a very comfortable 5 bedroom Villa overlooking an area of beautiful landscaped rock gardens. The villa contains a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and it is located in Acoteias, close to Praia da Falésia and Olhos de Água.
Within walking distance to the beach, there is a restaurant just 350m from the property and several others within walking distance. Supermarkets, bank, shops and bars are all close by, this property has good access to all facilities where you can leave the car at home. This property is newly built with modern high quality materials and finishings.
Inside: 5 spacious bedrooms. One with 2 single beds and another with a king size bed. Plus 2 suites one with a queen sized bed and one with twin beds. All suites with fully functional spacious bathrooms. 1 double bedroom with bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms contain a modern look with beautiful decorations including large wardrobes for storage and lovely suited bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a nice big dining area which includes seating for 12 to 14 people, and comes equipped with state of the art kitchen package (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). The lounge consists of comfortable modern sofas with Satellite TV equipment and DVD Player for you to relax from a day at the Beach while watching your favorite programs and movies.
Outside: This villa has a huge terrace area with table and chairs that fits 12 to 14 people comfortably which is near the kitchen and also a barbeque area where you can relax and cook up your favorite meals. While staying at the villa make use of the front terrace and take advantage of your private swimming pool. You will also find a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas available for you to enjoy the sun of the Algarve.
Just at the entrance of the property there is private garage with electric gates for your car. Villa Ribeiro is just what you need for a relaxing and fun holiday in the Algarve.

An area well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, the nearest is the long sandy Falesia Beach. Just 1000m from the property, with a back-drop of stunning cliffs, pine-forest and palm trees and Bar / disco and Restaurante, giving stunning views over the sea and along the coastline.
In half hours drive or less, you can reach many of the Algarves fabulous golf-courses. The nine-hole golf course and acadamy of Pinecliffs is actually within walking disctance.
Local activities include beach sports (sailing, diving, water-ski, jet-ski, fishing, kite-surf, wind-surf, etc.) ; cycling ; walking ; tennis ; bird-watching ; jeep safaris ; boat trips and mini-cruises.
Various theme parks with breathtaking water slides for the adventurous and pools for the rest of us - childrens play areas and slides - a giant water coaster - mini-golf - jakuzis - tropical bird park and shows. Rental Notes: Check-In and Check Out : We would normally ask guests to arrive in the afternoon (14.00/15.00 pm) and to depart in the morning 10.30 / 11.30 am). However early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability of the property. Please enquire. Under some circumstances an extra charge may be applied.
Complete cleaning service before arrival and on departure are guaranteed. During your stay there will also be a regular "light" cleaning service, towels will be changed mid-week and linen changed weekly. Extra services can be requested, but we may make a small charge for this. All household towels and linens are provided - please provide your own beach and pool towels.
