The property enjoys a truly spectacular view south across the bay to Calpe and its famous Peñon d’Ifach, a rock rising 1000 ft (300 m.) out of the sea. Below the villa is a secluded pebble beach, and to the right, striking mountain ranges behind which the sun sets. Also, we enjoy amazing winter sunsets.
The single-storey La Casa Rosa is distinctive in this entire area for its setting on level ground offering breathtaking views without breath-taking stairs to climb. It’s an easy and quick (5 min) walk to beach and shops. The villa is tucked away in a quiet side street, yet within a few minutes’ walking distance to every facility holidaymakers desire.

The Villa: Has ironing facilities, high chair, fitted and movable fans. Internet access in some rooms. Fresh linen weekly. Usually warm enough in winter not to need heating, but all rooms have either fitted heaters or catalytic gas fires.
Lounge/Dinning Room: Has satellite/TV, decoder. A ceiling fan /lamp provides summer comfort, a wood stove/fireplace and catalytic gas fire for winter warmth.
Kitchen: Is fully-equipped for 15 or more - fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, toaster, microwave,, coffee-machine, kettle etc.
Bedroom 1: Has its own sun terrace with access to the pool. Has a double bed and a child's bed. Can also take a cot. Ceiling lamp with fan. Bedroom 2: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view. Bedroom 3: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view. Bedroom 4: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view. Bedroom 5: Has direct access to the pool and patio, with wheelchair entry and glorious views. Has a double bed and a single bed, and wheelchair access to en suite shower and wash-basin. Ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1: Adjoins Bedrooms 1 & 2, though accessible to all. Bath, shower, toilet, wash-basin. Bathroom 2: Centrally situated with shower, toilet, wash-basin. Hair-dryer. Bathroom 3: Part of Bedroom 5. Bathroom 4: Part of Annexe, is available to residents of the main house on request.

Beaches: Our little-known pebbly beach below the villa has large flat sunbathing rocks at each end and is only 5 minutes walk away. Two sandy beaches are within 1500 m; there are seven more within a 20-minute drive.
Shopping: It's less than 150m to a restaurant, supermarket-shopping mall, 3 bars, chemist, bank, doctor and dentist. Within 300m from the villa are several more restaurants (including Arabian, Italian, English, Swiss and Spanish) and bars (including Irish, English and German). Two disco’s and a nightclub are within walking distance.
Golf: Club Ifach - 1.5 km; Javea - 7 km; La Sella - 18 km.
For the kids: Several funfairs, go-karts, aquatic theme-parks, safari parks and a bird sanctuary are within easy reach.
Entertainment: Submarine outings, cruises along the Costa, jet-skis, walking clubs and mountain clubs are also comfortably accessible, and splendidly varied. Benidorm Palace with its nightly dinner-dance and spectacular show should not be missed.
Easy access to seaside resorts, mountains, cities. La Casa Rosa is a few minutes by car from Benissa and Teulada, 15 minutes from Calpe with its string of harbour-side fish restaurants, flamingo salt-pans and the Peñon d’Ifach; 35 minutes from the miles of sandy beaches, great shopping and dining out at Benidorm, Denia and Javea, and 40 minutes from the delightful Jalon Valley villages, as well as Tarbena, Aitana, Guadalest, Bernia and other magnificent mountain villages, as also from the famous Algar Falls. There are great-value markets in Moraira, Altea, Javea, Benissa, Teulada, Calpe: as well as the renowned “rastros” of Jalon and La Nucia.
