Dinastia is proving to be a great holiday complex. Situated near the Paradise Park Hotel, and close to the new Passaralla shopping centre and the fanstastic restaurants/bars just below in El Mirador. The complex is very well maintained and has two lovely pools - one being for children.
The apartment is ground floor and has its own gate onto the pool/sunbed area. You can see the pool from your own terrace area. However for clients who need a wheelchair or are infirm then the apartment has ramp access from the main path to the apartment. (Please enquire for futher details regarding wheelchair use)
The apartment is very spacious and provides ample room for parties up to four. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a corner bath. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes - full length mirror and beautiful light fittings. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and twin beds. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer
The living are is very spacious and there are two settees - both leather and one a three seater and one a two seater. There is a TV/DVD. The complex satelitte receives BBC1 -BBC2 and ITV. The kitchen is fitted and there is a breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen has four ring halogen hob - cooker - fridge - freezer - kettle - toaster - microwave - all utensils and ample crockery are provided. There is a small utility cupboard and this hosts the washing machine. An iron/ironing board is provided.
Outside there are two terraces. The first terrace is cool and shaded and the patio table and four chairs are located here. The second terrace receives the sun and there are two relaxer chairs here. Then there is the little gate which takes you straight onto the pool area and also the pool bar is located here.
For a family with children wanting to keep a close eye on their children then this apartment is ideal. For a person with infirmities then again as ground floor - ideal.

It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife.
Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away.
