Casa Bella is a modern house, situated 100 yards from our community pool, it has a seperate childrens swimming area,with its own life guard, and is less than 10 mins walk from the sandy Carabassi beach, which is over 2 miles long. In the summer months the beach has bars sunbeds, parasols and pedalos for the energetic!
The beach has several life guard towers and is safe for family and children. Casa Bella is within a gated community, and has a local bus service, less than 5 minutes walk from the house ,which takes you to the City of Alicante with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants and beaches.
Alicante also has a modern marina which has many restaurants and bars for the night owls! Alternatively their is the 10 minute bus journey to the fishing village of Santa Pola, which has peaceful beaches and many restaurants, or you can just while away the hours people watching, at one of the numerous cafes looking out over the sea. Market days on Monday's and Saturday's.
Casa Bella is a modern duplex house, (this means bedrooms are downstairs in the cool)! located in a private gated community, set in peaceful garden surroundings.
Off the main entrance hall, is the first of two bathrooms, containing shower and WC, plus marble topped vanity unit with basin inset and mirror. In the main area of this stylishly, air-conditioned house, you will find a dining area ,with table and 6 chairs.
The lounge area has a 3/4 seater settee, (which can convert to a sofa bed), 2 arm chairs, coffee table, standard lamp, wall cabinet. TV with Sky Channels, DVD and CD Player. From the lounge area is a breakfast bar to the fully equipped modern kitchen, which has electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
In the Utility Room you will find an automatic washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Walk straight out from the lounge onto the 27ft sun terrace ,where you will find 4 sun loungers,and a table with 6 chairs and sun umbrella. There is also a shower for cooling off.
The views from the terrace are of the mountains and the sea.
Also available are: Baby's highchair, baby travel cot, and stairgate. (These items will be included for no additional cost).
Going downstairs to the bedrooms:
Bedroom 1. double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and drawers, and a built in floor safe. Air Conditioned.
Bedroom 2. 2 Single beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Air Conditioned.
Bedroom 3. 2 Single beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Air Conditioned.
Main Bathroom: Consists: Bath with shower over, WC, His and Hers wash basin in marble vanity unit, large mirror above and bidet.
It is possible to convert the sofa to a bed which would accomodate two younger children or one adult.

Local activities in and around Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Close by within five minutes walk, you will find a small supermarket, a bank, and local shops and bars selling food, bread and newspapers.
A 5 minute drive will take you to the GA Commercial Centre, where there are 3 large supermarkets, and many bars and restaurants, some offering night time entertainment, music, and bands. A popular local market is held on Thursday, also a five minute walk from the house.
Also available within walking distance, is a tennis court/five a side pitch, with an adjoining younger childrens play area.
Close to Gran Alacant is the spanish resort of Los Arenales. This is a popular retreat for locals living in Alicante and further afield. The resort itself has bars and restaurants. In the summer months watersports of all kinds are available.
Less than 40 minutes by car is Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Our House is 15 minutes drive from Alicanta airport, following the coast road signs to Arenales and Santa Pola.

Rental Notes: The area has plenty to offer everyone looking for a relaxing holiday and those wanting something a bit more active. Easy access to Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do.
On arriving at Alicante Airport, there is a large taxi rank, and for the cost of only 15 Euros, will take you directly to the house without any hassle.
Alternatively, you may wish to hire a car. It takes approx 15 mins from the airport.
Once at the house, there are many car hire companys should you wish to hire.
