Beautiful 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6 persons, on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort. Very tastefully furnished villa with a contemporary flair, vanity units and roof solarium are just some of superb features of this property. Each bedroom having its own bathroom.
The villa is superbly located so that you can walk to the restaurants and facilities on La Torre. There are communal pools in addtion to the private pool belonging to this villa. The beautiful soft find sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes drive away. La Torre has many onsite facilities: restaurants, tennis courts, supermarket.
About Villa Dearsley: One double bedroom with double shower ensuite - upper floor with two private sun terraces and airconditioning. One twin ensuite bedroom - upper floor. Further twin bedroom on lower level, with a further family bathroom. Private pool - 8 * 4m approx
Fully equipped kitchen. Lounge with flat screen satelite TV, airconditioning, and lovely dining area with seating for 6. Lovely patio furniture (table and 6 chairs). 15 minutes walk to the club house, supermarket and towncentre, and 5 minutes to the communal pool.
About La Torre Golf: The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer. There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including: La Encina Restaurant. Trattoria Acacia Italian Restaurant. Clover Irish Sports Tavern. El Roble Tapas Bar. El Avellano Ice Cream Parlour. Wood House Bar & Coffee Lounge. ino's Bar. Tennis courts. Children's playground.
There is also an on-site Supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.

I would like to commend your service and the quality and value of accommodation offered in my recent holiday with my kids, sister and her daughter too.
From San Javier (Murcia Airport) the accommodation was a relatively straight forward 15 minute drive, using the map supplied in the information posted to me prior to my departure from the UK. On arrival at the Polaris World development, one quick phone call to the local agent (Debbie or Christine), who are based and live their too, and we were met at the entrance and very quickly shown to the villa.
Although a large resort the complex is extremely quiet and secure and this made lazy evenings next to the pool a real pleasure. Satellite TV was nice to have as well for catching up on the news and relaxing to watch a movie late on once the kids were finally in their beds.
I found the personal service you all provided 1st class, examples being, how the villa was held on a verbal basis by your company, giving me time to organize and book/confirm flights before finally committing; also within 24 hours of arriving back, Debbie / Christine had already been in touch with you with respect to some items that we had left behind and the willingness you showed by calling me and on offering the return of these – something that would never be expected on a typical holiday abroad. It also demonstrated how closely you work together with the in-country representatives.
I would have no hesitations in recommending to friends and family and it is worthy noting that with this style/concept of holiday I think I saved a few hundred pounds over the (alternative budget only!) type package deals that were available to me at the time.

Just a quick note to say that we enjoyed our stay in Villa Elvins - La Torre Golf, Murcia.
The complex was very clean and well maintained and the villas extremely comfortable and had everything that you could want or need in them. I was particularly pleased to spot a dishwasher..!! We had no air conditioning in the bedrooms of our villa but found the fans that were supplied were ample as long as you kept the shutters closed during the day.

We stayed in Villa Dearsley @ La Torre de Golf in July 2008 and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have tried hotel holidays several times with our kids and although it is enjoyable now we have tried a villa holiday we will be slow to return to a hotel.
The flexibility of the villa is excellent when you have 2 young kids (ours are 4 and 18mths).
On arrival the villa itself was absolutely spotless, the villa is an impressive 3 " - July 2008
