Villa Ribeiro I is one of three lovely villas in a well located and peaceful rural area near Falésia Beach. Villa Ribeiro I is a very comfortable 2 bedroom villa overlooking an area of beautiful, serene pine trees. The villa contains a large private swimming pool, beautiful garden areas, it is located in Acoteias, close to Praia da Falésia and Olhos de Água. Within walking distance to the beach, there is a restaurant just 350 meters from the property and several others within walking distance. Supermarkets, bank, shops and bars are all close by, this property has good access to all facilities.
This property is south facing with a private pool area for relaxing, sunbathing. This is a modern, recently constructed villa, very well built with all high quality materials and finishings.
Inside: In our villa you have 2 spacious bedrooms. One twin room and a double with a king size bed, both bedrooms have spacious ensuite bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. All bedrooms offer a modern look with beautiful decor and large wardrobes for storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen package (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). The kitchen also includes a dining area with seating for 10 people. The lounge offers comfortable, modern sofas (one of them converts into a comfortable double bed), Satellite TV and DVD Player for you to watch your favourite programmes and movies.
Outside: This villa has a terrace area with table and chairs and a barbeque area where you can relax and cook up your favorite meals. While staying at the villa make use of the front terrace and take advantage of your private swimming pool. You will also find a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas available for you to enjoy the Algarve sun.

Acoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs that are truly wonderful for snorkelling, diving and fishing. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming at the beach in the spring and summer.
The closest beach is Falesia, just 500m from the property, with high cliffs surrounded by pine trees and palm trees, bar, disco and restaurant on the beach with very impressive views.
If you like to play golf you can go walk down in a few minutes and you will reach Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course.
If you have children you can take them to the water parks and various themed parks.
The Algarve Shopping center is approximately 12km from the property with its many shops and a cinema with 9 theatres where you can spend an evening at the Cinema.
