Inside: Bright, modern designs and lots of natural light on all three impressive floors give this spacious villa a cheerful, summer ambience. The villa consists of two ground floor bedrooms and a twin and a double bedroom. Upstairs, a colorful ensuite twin bedroom has a balcony and a larger double bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony with pool view. All rooms are air conditioned.
The rather splendid lower ground floor features a spacious living room with a pool table, a Kitchenette Bar, a double and a twin each with their own veranda, a bathroom and a superb master suite with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with jacuzzi.
The south-facing lounge/dining room comes equipped with a state of the art kitchen with top of the line appliances connected to the dining area with a table that can seat 18 people. Truly a stunning villa!

Acoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs that are truly wonderful for snorkeling, diving and fishing. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming at the beach in the spring and summer.
The closest beach is Falesia Beach, just 1100 m from the property, with its beautiful views and rock formations. With plenty of options in case you get hungry or need a refreshing drink. From all kinds of Restaurants and Bars and Cafes, the choices are boundless. There is also great souvenir shops for some holiday shopping.
If you like to play golf you can go walk down in a few minutes and you will reach Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course.
If you have children you can take them to the water parks and various theme parks.
