All rooms are Air Conditioned.
The massive open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, double sink, dishwasher. In a separate room you have a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The dining room area has a gorgeous table with capacity to seat 10 - 12 and has double doors that open onto the patio / barbeque area. The living room area of this superb villa is an open concept style with a wood burning fireplace with satellite television, stereo, dvd and video player provided for all your needs.
Outside: This villa also offers a tiled patio area with dining table and barbeque that has 8 sun loungers with sun umbrellas. All this surrounds a large swimming pool where the sun shines all day long. The swimming pool is approx. 11 m x 5 m with 'walk in' steps at the shallow end.
