Privately owned deluxe holiday lodge situated in a peaceful area of White Cross Bay Leisure Park & Marina, a 5 star holiday park on the shores of Lake Windermere, 2 miles from Windermere, Bowness & Ambleside. The Lodge has been completely refurbished in Spring 2007 and comprises of a modern open plan living area with a large L shaped leather suite; the dining area has a large solid pine dining table with seating for at least 6 people and a fully fitted kichen with integrated appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, fridge/freezer & microwave).
Bedrooms consist of one double bedroom with kingsize bed, the room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower toilet and vanity hand basin. The two twin bedded rooms have fullsized single beds, drawers and wardrobes. The lodge has a further bathroom with a large bath, overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
The property has full central heating and is double glazed. The living area has two seta of french/patio doors leading out onto decked area. The Lodge is elevated and completly secluded with extensive decking all around. There is a large sun deck with table, chairs and sunloungers.
There is parking for 3 cars in the private driveway.
The lodge is perfectly situated for a peaceful holiday whilst being close to the major visitor attractions for those who want to explore the Lake District.

A wide range of activities can be found close by. For walkers who wish to venture further afield Langdale and Patterdale, at the head of Ullswater, are within easy reach by car or public transport. Windermere and Bowness (2 miles), offer a range of water sports (including fishing) and lake cruises, together with the recreational activities you would expect from a holiday resort.
Windermere has a golf club and cycle hire shop, and in Bowness there are permanent exhibitions, museums and gardens to visit -and a theatre and night club is at the centre of its lively nightlife.
Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside contain many interesting shops, ranging from all-weather clothing to art and craft shops, and for larger stores the ancient market town of Kendal is only 20 minutes away.
From the South M6 junction 36, onto the A591 to Windermere, continue towards Ambleside Whitecross is 2 miles on the left.

Rental Notes: Weekly changeover is normally on Saturday.
Short breaks are available: weekends Friday to Monday (3 nights) or midweek Monday to Thursday (4 nights). Both chargeable at 65% of the weekly rate, please contact us for more information.
Check in time is approx 4pm and the lodge must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Total price includes gas, electricity, bedlinen and towels. We ask you to bring your own tea towels as these are not always provided by the laundry service, you should alos bring toilet rolls, washing up liquid and a washing up cloth as these are not guaranteed to be available on your arrival.
A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the balance becomes due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
