Inside: There are four bedrooms; there is one Master Bedroom with large bed and ensuite; the second bedroom has one double bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms consist of two twin beds in each room with shared washroom in hallway. There is a nice kitchen and nice spacious living area.
Outside: This villa has a beautiful lounge area that's about 500 metres with plush greens, fit for the whole family while poolside. Beautiful lit swimming pool with sunbeds including stone table with seating, barbeque, etc. This villa has private parking.

Olhos D'Agua is a small fishing village that derives its name from the many fresh water springs that can be seen in and amongst the rocks at low tide.
This local abundance of fresh water led many different peoples to settle in Olhos D'Agua throughout history; from the early Phoenicians and Carthaginians to the Romans, who were the first to practice the art of salt and sun dried fish; in recent years, archeologists have unearthed the remains of Salt Drying Tanks on both Maria Luisa Beach and Santa Eulália Beach.
The closest beach is Olhos D Agua Beach, just 900 m from the property, with its beautiful views and rock formations. With plenty of options in case you get hungry or need a refreshing drink. From all kinds of Restaurants and Bars and Cafes, the choices are boundless. There is also great souvenir shops for some holiday shopping.
If you like to play golf you have the lovely Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course just 600 m away. If you have children you can take them to the water parks and various theme parks.
The Algarve Shopping center is approximately 10 km from the property with its many shops and a cinema with 9 theatres where you can spend an evening at the Cinema. Albufeira Marina is a must see for its unique and vibrant colors and architecture.
Our nightlife is world famous in the Algarve, with quality bars with colorful giant cocktails, live football matches, free style barmans and irreverent dancers. Karaoke bars are fun, don't be shy and sing your favorite songs. Discos with international djs, lady's nights and foam parties into the early hours of the morning.
