This holiday apartment is part of a beautiful farmhouse conversion in a rural setting near the sea. Conveniently situated in central Algarve between Albufeira and Vilamoura. The complex offers a large swimming pool, childrens pool, extensive gardens, BBQ area, sun terraces.
The apartment is well furnished and equipped, it consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with storage space, a living area with lounge and dining area, good quality easy to use sofa-beds. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils, electric kettle/ toaster, etc. Safety features include fire extinguishers/fire blankets and smoke detectors.
Outdoors you have a furnished terrace. Access to communal facilities including Swimming Pools, BBQ and Picnic Areas, Gardens, Parking, etc.

Acoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs that are truly wonderful for snorkeling, diving and fishing. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming at the beach in the spring and summer.
The closest beach is Falesia Beach, just 1500 m from the property, with its beautiful views and rock formations. With plenty of options in case you get hungry or need a refreshing drink. From all kinds of Restaurants and Bars and Cafes, the choices are boundless. There is also great souvenir shops for some holiday shopping.
If you like to play golf you can go walk down in a few minutes and you will reach Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course.
If you have children you can take them to the water parks and various theme parks.
The Algarve Shopping center is approximately 12km from the property with its many shops and a cinema with 9 theatres where you can spend an evening at the Cinema.
