Casa Oceano is a detached luxury Villa furnished with all your home comforts. The Villa has been tiled in luxury marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling and is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and pavement bars.
The master bedroom has a fabulous king size water bed that is so comfy you wont want to get out of it. There is a separate fully fitted dressing room with ample wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto the patio and pool area. The 2 other twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), and a fully fitted kitchen including: - oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room. The pool is electrically heated and for your private use with roman steps to gain access.
The living room comes equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The inner court yard with glass roof for star gazing and a nice cool glass of wine is a must!
Children under 5 go free. A cot, high chair and bed guard are also available on request.
The Villa is situated in Faro Park, 5 minutes from Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade, pavement bars with traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. On site is a row of shops with a couple of bars and restaurants, coffee shop/bakers, patisserie and provisions store. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca.

Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.
Arrecife is the political and commercial capital and home to half of the island's population. Five minutes away is the international airport with its daily flights to the other Canary Islands as well as to mainland Spain and continental Europe. Lanzarote, including the small islands of La Graciosa, Alegranza, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este y del Oeste, covers 900 km² running 60 km north to south and only 20 km at its widest point. Local authority regulations on the amount and style of development mean that there is no billboard advertising and no high rise buildings in Lanzarote (with the exception of the Grand Hotel in Arrecife).

Rental Notes: The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis. It is mostly available Thursday to Thursday and sleeps 8 maximum. The vast majority of flights to and from the UK are on a Thursday and flight prices are more attractive on these days. Other arrival days will be considered subject to availability. Price shown for 8 people. For up to four persons £595 low and £750 high season with £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 8 in total is also available. We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Please ask about discounts we have available for last minute bookings, call for a price if your departure is within two weeks, and we have unfilled weeks.
