A luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people. The private pool is electrically heated so can be used all year round. There are local bars/restaurants and a couple of shops and local beaches within easy walking distance.
The villa is well equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. The master suite comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers showers plus dressing room with its own private elevated balcony for private sun bathing or star gazing. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The High ceilings keep the villa cool and electric fans are provided for your use should you need them.
The kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The washing machine is situated in the utility room for your use.
There is a book library, games cupboard and selection of DVD's for your use so everyone is entertained.
Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided on the terrace and there is a large marble table under a covered pergola which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining. A BBQ is also supplied which is a must as the steaks and fish on the island are second to none.
For the little ones there is a safety gate at the end of the alfresco dining area so you can let your children run around while you eat in peace without fear of them getting to the pool. A bed guard, cot, high chair and stair gate are provided free of charge.

Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.
Arrecife is the political and commercial capital and home to half of the island's population. Five minutes away is the international airport with its daily flights to the other Canary Islands as well as to mainland Spain and continental Europe. Lanzarote, including the small islands of La Graciosa, Alegranza, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este y del Oeste, covers 900 km² running 60 km north to south and only 20 km at its widest point. Local authority regulations on the amount and style of development mean that there is no billboard advertising and no high rise buildings in Lanzarote (with the exception of the Grand Hotel in Arrecife).
Among the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the longest Volcanic Tunnel in the world, Cueva de los Verdes, which is over 7 km long, whilst Timanfaya National Park is literally covered in encrusted lava. Despite the Volcanic nature of the island, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches such as at Playa Blanca and Papagayo.

Rental Notes: The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis. It is mostly available Thursday to Thursday and sleeps 8 maximum. The vast majority of flights to and from the UK are on a Thursday and flight prices are more attractive on these days. Other arrival days will be considered subject to availability. Prices shown for 6 but rates available for 4 persons per week prices from £550 low and £700 high season. Please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 8 in total. We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Please ask about discounts we have available for last minute bookings, call for a price if your departure is within two weeks, and we have unfilled weeks.
