The master bedroom has a king size bed with 100% cotton linen sheets and Egyptian cotton towels, fully fitted wardrobes and large patio doors that lead onto the patio and pool area with sun loungers and comfy cushions to doze on or just read a book. The twin room has fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. Both bedrooms have free standing fans. There are 2 luxury marble bathrooms (one en-suite and the 2nd with a walk in shower). A fully fitted kitchen includes: - oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and the usual kitchen accessories for the family chef. There is a washing machine in the utility room with clothes drier.
The living room comes equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Video and HIFI/CD player. There is a games cupboard with a selection of CD's and Video's for your use. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto the beautifully fitted kitchen.
The pool is electrically heated so can be used all year round and for your private use with roman steps to gain access. The alfresco dining area has a beautiful marble table that seats up to 8 people and a BBQ is provided for your use. Also for the little ones there is a child safety fence and gate over the open end of the alfresco dining area that can be closed so tiny feet can't wonder near the pool. The garden is planted with palms, cactus and aloe vera and there are views across the sea to Fuerteventura.
The Villa is situated in La Goleta, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain views, and a 10 minute walk to the sea and a local row of shops with bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca with its pavement bars and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca Village.

Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.
Arrecife is the political and commercial capital and home to half of the island's population. Five minutes away is the international airport with its daily flights to the other Canary Islands as well as to mainland Spain and continental Europe. Lanzarote, including the small islands of La Graciosa, Alegranza, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este y del Oeste, covers 900 km² running 60 km north to south and only 20 km at its widest point. Local authority regulations on the amount and style of development mean that there is no billboard advertising and no high rise buildings in Lanzarote (with the exception of the Grand Hotel in Arrecife).

Rental Notes: The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis. It is mostly available Thursday to Thursday and sleeps 5 maximum. The vast majority of flights to and from the UK are on a Thursday and flight prices are more attractive on these days. Other arrival days will be considered subject to availability.
Prices shown for 5 but rates available for 2 persons per week prices from £395 low and £550 high season. Please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 5 in total. Children under 5 go free. A cot, high chair and bed guard are also available on request.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Please ask about discounts we have available for last minute bookings, call for a price if your departure is within two weeks, and we have unfilled weeks.
