We are delighted to offer this lovely apartment that is located in the heart of the village of Downderry. The village itself boasts a good restaurant, local pub and small convenience store all within a short walk away. The apartment itself offers an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with the kitchen having a washing machine, cooker with hob over, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining table will seat 4 in comfort and there is a small wall mounted flat screen tv for cosy evenings in. The two bedrooms have both got double beds and there is a lovely well presented bathroom with shower over the bath. Large patio doors from the living area open onto a sun deck which provides an area from which to enjoy the cornish sun and to dine outside. Parking is just a few yards away in a reserved space and there is further on road parking nearby if needed.
The local beach is only a short walking distance away with the family beach at Seaton being a 5 minute drive away, there is also a playground for the children here and a delightful nature trail that follows the valley inland to the village of Hessenford where the Copley Arms awaits you with a cold beer and good pub grub!
Plymouth is a 45 min drive away with all the big city has to offer and the famous Eden Project is about an hour away. The local fishing port of Looe is just a 10 min drive which offers a good range of pubs and restaurants, sandy beaches and boat trips - both for sightseers and fishermen alike.
