This beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath white washed villa, sleeping 8, with own private pool is superbly located on the superb La Torre Golf Resort. The beautiful beaches are just 15 minutes away, and you can walk to the many onsite facilites on site: Golf, Communal Pools, Tennis Courts, Restaurant/Bar/Club House, Supermarket.
The beautiful Mar Menor beaches are just 20 minutes away, and San Javier airport is just 15 minutes.
The villa offers three bedrooms and sleeps six in comfort, the accommodation comprises of the following: Bedrooms & Bathrooms: One double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite with bath and shower - upper floor with two private sun terraces and patio furniture (table and 2 chairs). One twin ensuite bedroom (ensuite with bath and shower) - upper floor. Further twin bedroom on lower level, with a further family bathroom. All bedrooms with ceiling fans.
Lounge, Dining & Kitchen: Lounge with double sofabed 7/8 person. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwahser. Lounge with flat screen satelite TV, airconditioning, and lovely dining area with seating for 6. There is also broad band connection (via ethernet cable) - credit and own laptop required.
Private pool - 8 x 4m approx. Patio furniture (table and 6 chairs and sunloungers). 15 minutes walk to the club house and supermarket and 5 minutes to the communal pool. 15 mins from San Javier airport. 40 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia City.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer. There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including: La Encina Restaurant. Trattoria Acacia Italian Restaurant. Clover Irish Sports Tavern. El Roble Tapas Bar.
