This beautiful three-storey seaside house is located within a few minutes walk of the beaches at Le Pouldu, west of Lorient and close to restaurants, shops and many various activities.

The lounge (on the first floor) features two three-seater sofas, a 3 seater sofa bed and offers you satellite tv with a dvd and video player. Double doors lead onto a balcony where there are beautiful sea views. The large kitchen/dining room has full cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pine dresser and large extending table, with ample seating for eight.
Overall there are three nicely furnished double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two shower rooms and one bathroom. Outside the enclosed garden has garden furniture, a parasol, garden trolley, BBQ and a mosaic garden table and chairs.

There are many restaurants and some local bars, within walking distnace of the house, one which is just at the end of the road.
Very close by there is plenty of water based activities, like swimming and fishing and many people partake in body and kite surfing on the large beaches. Bikes can also be hired locally for a minimal charge.
