The beautiful, old fishing village of Mousehole with shops and original pub is only a 10 minute walk away. Mousehole Christmas lights are world famous and will take your breath away. The working fishing port of Newlyn is a three minute drive. You are three miles from the market town of Penzance with its long promenade, larger shops, craft market and harbour from which there are daily sailing's to the Isles of Scilly. The apartment, being part of an older property, was completely refurbished and equipped in 2002. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms ( one of which is twin bedded) bathroom with shower and a Mediterranean style living/dining/kitchen area. There is a built in hob and oven, fridge, washing machine and TV /dvd/video. All the rooms in the apartment have sea views. In front and below the garden is a private road where you can unload your car and within a few yards is a free parking space. Bed linen, duvet covers and towels are not provided. The apartment benefits from oil fired central heating which together with electricity is included in the price. It is requested that you arrive after 4pm and depart by 10 am.We recommend that cancellation insurance be taken out.
