Villa Sol y Mar is a privately owned 4 bedroomed property which has been furnished to a high standard and is located in the prestigious Marina del Sol Resort close to 'El Faro' Lighthouse on the shores of the clear blue Mediterranean. Just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, the Resort enjoys one of the best positions on the Costa del Sol.
The beautiful tropical gardens flourish in an area which has probably the finest climate in Europe with an average of 320 days sunshine a year. There are sandy beaches just a short stroll away and a large swimming pool right outside the back door of the property.

The 'Town House' style Villa has a light and airy feel with marble floors throughout. The four good sized bedrooms have ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a further cloakroom with wc etc. downstairs. A new kitchen has recently been fitted and is very well equipped for self catering. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, ironing facilities etc.

There is a regular train from Fuengirola to the historic City of Malaga and excellent bus services to the 'white' village of Mijas, fashionable Marbella and Puerto Banus. The Resort is fully self contained and has entertainment, bars, restaurants, shop, bakery and supermarket.
In nearby Fuengirola there are a huge range of entertainments, nightlife, a water park and bars/restaurants etc. to suit every taste.
Places of interest within easy reach include Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Granada, Puerto Banus, Marbella.
