The lodge boasts a superior fell-side, elevated pitch that is not overlooked and offers both privacy and a lovely views across Troutbeck Valley. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the lodge can accommodate up to four people in one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. Fellside Lodge is ideally situated for those wishing to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside whilst being within easy reach of popular lakeside attractions.

Full central heating and double glazing throughout makes Fellside Lodge an ideal retreat all year round. Large enclosed south facing sun deck to the side and front of the lodge provides the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Accommodation: Open plan lounge / dining area with contemporary leather 3 piece suite, feature fire place, coffee table, flat screen television with built in DVD. dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with extensive appliances (electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). The master bedroom is light, airy and spacious and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, drawers. The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobes and drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. The family bathroom consists of bath, over head shower, wash basin and toilet.
Step out from the lounge french doors on to the large private, enclosed sun deck which surrounds the lodge. Wooden garden furniture and parasol provided for your comfort. Limefitt park offers excellent facilities including a shop which is open every day and sells a wide range of goods including DVD hire. Other on park facilities include Adventure Playground, Pony Trekking, Fell Walks, Games Room, Fishing (nearby), Launderette, Lakeland Pub serving bar meals, Entertainment (dates Vary), Beer Garden, Family Lounge Bar, Internet Access.

Autumn and Winter provide snow capped fells, spectacular scenery and numerous possibilities for the outdoor pursuits lover, whilst during the spring and summer months the area blossoms fully into life with many country fairs, attractions, events and shows.
Countryside Activities
There are plenty of ways to see the local countryside. Hire a mountain bike and explore the lakes on two wheels, or why not take a trip on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, where working steam locomotives and comfortable coaches roll through the beautiful Leven Valley to Haverthwaite and back. For something really different take a luxurious boat trip with Windermere Lake Cruises.

This area is a haven for walking, canoeing, sailing and fishing. It is perfect for mountain biking and horse riding and the beautiful Cumbrian coastline is only a short drive away from our parks at the heart of the Lake District.
There are museums, galleries, cinemas and a host of attractions to suit all ages. You will be spoilt for choice with the selection of restaurants, bars and cafés available wherever you go in the Lake District.
For animal lovers the South Lakes Animal Park and The Aquarium of the Lakes are both award-winning attractions and a perfect day out. One of Europe’s best conservation parks, South Lakes Animal Park is the World’s top Sumatran tiger conservation centre.
From world-class bird watching to strolling around the numerous little market towns in search of the perfect pot of farmer’s homemade jam; the story here is quiet bliss.
From the South: on the A591 turn right at the mini roundabout in Bowness, taking the A592 Patterdale Road, signposted Ullswater and Limefitt Park. Limefitt is 2.5 miles on the right.
