Villa Aphrodite and Villa Anastasia are 2 luxury villas standing side by side on the award winning paradise gardens complex in Paphos. They each have a private courtyard garden with loungers, umbrellas and bbq and share their own pool. Please note that if Aphrodite is rented individually the pool will be exclusive to this property and a small additional weekly chrage will be made.If you prefer company they are a short stroll from the communal pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. They are within a 10 minute walk of the beach and centre of Paphos and only 25 minutes from the airport. Car hire is not essential.
Each villa has 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and together can accommodate up to 16 people. They both have a fully equipped kitchen with washing/ironing facilities and a lounge/dining room leading out onto the terrace with tv/dvd. Each villa has a pull out bed, high chair, cot, safe and air con.
Each villa sleeps 6-8 people and when rented together they can accommodate up to 16 making them ideal for large families or wedding parties.

Rental Notes: Change over day is flexible but arrival times are after 16.00 and departures by 10am. The villas are cleaned on departure. Extra cleaning by prior arrangement and at addtional cost. We provide high chair and cot free of charge. £300 is payable at time of booking and is non refundable. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 per villa is required and will be refunded within 14 days of your return less any damage or loss. Please note that the rental prices quoted apply when both villas are rented together. If Aphrodite is rented individually an additional charge of £40 per week will be made for the exclusive use of the private pool.
