Beautiful, spacious well equipped three-bedroom (2 bathrooms) villa with private pool in an elevated position in the residential area of Quesada. Quesada is situated 5 kms away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly a couple of minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club. The climate makes the area one of the healthiest places given the nearby salt lakes and as there are more than 300 sunny days per year.

This beautiful villa (150 sq meter) boasts three bedrooms (comfortably suited for 6 persons), two with double beds, one with twin beds.The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine.
The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. SAT TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed.
There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and a sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and sun beds.
The spacious, covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area. The property is suitable for early spring and late autumn stay being equipped with two cold and hot air-conditioning and two electric heaters.

Local activities in and around Ciudad Quesada, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Quesada is a township with impressive arched entrance, shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes, banks and a full range of leisure facilities. The closest beach is in Guardamar 5 kms away. This beach is one of Europe's best blue flag sandy beach stretching 11 kms long.
Quesada country club has varied entertainment programme including bowling. There is a hotel with spa in the area. La Marquesa Golf Club is 2 minutes away. There is a waterpark in the town as well as in Torrevieja.
It is possible to rent bike, squad to make the holiday more enjoyable. Motorway access 1 km away, Alicante & Murcia (San Javier) Airports within 30 min drive. Rent a car can be arranged at airport collection.

Rental Notes: Please note that we provide cleaning and linen per each change-over. Whilst we provide towels guests are kindly asked to provide their own towels for the pool and beach.
A more frequent cleaning and/or linen change can be requested upon extra charge.
Preferred change-over day is Saturday. Any other change-over day is upon availability and depending on the season.
GBP 100 non refundable deposit payable at booking and the balance payable 4 weeks before the booked vacation period. 80 Euro cleaning fee is to be paid at taking over the key per stay. £200 returnable breakage deposit required per booking.
Less than a week booking upon special agreement. In this case cleaning rate is Euro 100.
The villa has to be vacated till 11am on the day of your leave to ensure cleaning of the property. You can accommodate latest as of 4pm in the afternoon upon your arrival.
Airport transfer can be requested at extra charge both from Alicante and Murcia.
