Patio doors leading to a sun terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the gardens & pools. The stairs from the terrace lead to the large roof terrace. Here you will find 4 sunloungers, a table with 4 chairs and a BBQ. Panoramic views of the mountains and views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The spacious master bedroom en-suite has fitted wardrobes and views out to the pool & gardens. The twin bedroom is also has fitted wardrobes and looks out to the mountains. There is an additional shower room with WC.
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher & microwave etc. with an adjoining utility room containing the washing machine.
The main swimming pool and childrens pool are set in the spacious landscaped gardens. The walk to the beach will take about 15 minutes. Here you will find a superb chiriguito (beach bar) which serves delicious food. Walk along the beach for another 5 minutes and you will reach Sabinillas where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops etc.
A further 5 minutes and you will reach the Puerto de la Duquesa, a beautiful marina surrounded by bars & restaurants

The apartment is located near to the beaches of Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours! Next to Sabinillas is the port of Duquesa, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
Near to the apartment is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean.
