Completed in summer 2007 to a high standard, the light and airy interior is complemented by stylish modern furniture and a well equipped Italian kitchen.

The curved infinity edge pool with Roman steps takes full advantage of the view, as does the large, luxury 7-seater hot tub/spa.
All 3 bedrooms have king size bed, modern fitted wardrobes and balcony. Bedroom 1 has a large balcony with furniture from which to enjoy the vast view. Safety Deposit Box. 1 x travel cots can also be provided. The modern en-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 has a double shower, wc and sink. There is a modern family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and sink. There is also a wc on the ground floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with an American side-by-side fridge freezer with automatic ice and water dispenser, cooker, hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee press. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the utility basement, and 2 x highchairs are provided.
The lounge is equipped with a 32" LCD TV and Home Cinema DVD system, together with a 90w HiFi system. The dining room has a large oak table with seating for 8 people. Large leather sofas from which you can enjoy the panoramic views. Board Games.
Outside dining area seats 8, overlooks views, and is covered with sunsail to provide shade. Sun Loungers are provided for use on the sandstone patio. There is also an outdoor sink and outdoor shower.
Changeover day is flexible dependant on current bookings. Bathroom towels and linen are included but please note that towels for use with the pool and hot tub are NOT provided.
A group C hire car is included within the rental price, as is the hot tub and aircon cooling and heating. A Welcome Pack with first day essentials is also provided for your arrival.

Local activities in and around Tala, Southern Cyprus
Located just a 15 minute drive from Coral Bay beach, 10 minutes from Paphos town and harbour and 5 minutes from Tala Square, this villa offers a peaceful environment within a reasonable distance of local attractions and amenities. Three renowned golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.
Full directions and map will be forwarded at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival into Paphos.

Rental Notes: Prices are in GBP and are per week for the whole villa, inclusive of Group C car rental, unlimited use of hot tub/spa and aircon cooling & heating.
24Dec - 06 January POA The two weeks either side of Easter weekend POA
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, either by bank transfer or cheque. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
A £250 refundable security deposit also applies and must be paid with the balance.
The villa is normally available from 1500hrs on the day of arrival. Departure from the villa would usually be by 1000hrs, but this may be flexible depending on whether another arrival is expected that day. Please enquire.
