A lovely two bedroom converted barn set in the grounds of a 250 acre working farm which stocks cattle and occasionally sheep, and has a good network of footpaths and beautiful views. The barn is situated in a small hamlet three miles away from Chesham, which has a London Underground station allowing easy access to London, and good facilities for leisure and shopping. There are also plenty of activities in the area, including Whipsnade Zoo, Milton`s Cottage, Chiltern Brewery and Tring Zoological Museum, all within 1/2 hours drive.
This is a ground floor property, with an open plan lounge/dining room with kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The open plan living area has rugs on flagstone floors and there are beamed ceilings througout. There are two 2 seater sofas and a sideboard, television, DVD player and a CD player with radio. The kitchen diner has a washer dryer, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining table sits three.
Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds. The bathroom has a power shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen (duvets) and towels included. Oil fired central heating, electricity by meter reading. Cot and highchair provided. The patio has garden furniture and a BBQ. Off road parking for 2 cars in the courtyard. Two well behaved pets welcomed (no cats). Non smokers only.

And for those who prefer less strenuous activities there is always the option of a day of relaxation at Champneys, the world famous health resort.
