Ayia Thekla is an up and coming new area with many new developments being built. In an ideal location, for those who want quietness at night, and yet close enough to get to Ayia napa. A car is strongly advisable in Ayia Thekla, or the use of a taxi.
Locally there are 2 supermarket kiosks, and tavernas. The enormous water park is a must for all ages, and is located on the Ayia Thekla – Ayia Napa road. Next door to this is go carts. Visit the picturesque Potamos beach and harbour, and try a meal from one of the fish.
Ayia Napa is famous for Nissi beach and numerous entertainment bars, karaeoke, shops, and beaches. Try a boat trip from the harbour, daily during summer.
