Lucia has spectacular mountain and sea views to the island of Los Lobos, Fuerteventura and natural white beaches of Papagayo.

Lower floor Second lounge; games room with satellite TV (limited channels) full size table tennis table, dart board, books and toys. Large double bedroom and further twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes; full family bathroom;
First floor Large master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, opening onto spacious roof terrace with views of the sea and Papagayo beaches; en suite shower room.
There are spacious, split level terraces with patio furniture; the pool with Roman style steps is on the private lower level adjacent to the covered built in seating and BBQ. The rectangular pool is 3.6 x 9 metres and 1-2 metres deep with roman style steps. The pool can be heated and has a cover.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
