This front line beach apartment is on the ground floor at the front of the complex over-looking the mediterranean sea and promenade, with easy access to the main swimming pool and 10 metres to the blue flag sandy beach.
This apartment offers fantastic veiws and is good for families as its only a few minutes walk to the pool. There is a life guard at the pool during the summer season making it a relaxing holiday for parents. The complex has 24 hour security with cameras.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms all over-looking the sea. Master with en-suite, 1 double and 1 a twin room. The kitchen and seperate laundry room and sitting room with TV, DVD & stereo, overlook the beach. The apartment is fully air-conditioned or central heating for the cooler months. Marble floors throughout.

The complex has 4 pools. The apartment has every facility you need to make your stay on the "New Golden Mile" home from home. dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, etc. the kitchen is well equipped with all the normal appliances. Sky free veiw channels.
The apartment is just a 2 minute walk from Duquesa Port with its bars and restaurants. There is allocated secure underground parking with lift access. Duquesa port is one of the prettiest ports along the Costa del Sol along with Puerto Banus. The port has an attractive pedestrian promenade encircling it. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include English, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and of course Spanish with fresh local fish. Most restaurants offer a take-away service.
Behind the port lies an 18 hole golf course (Duquesa Golf), designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., with fabulous views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa. Sabinillas town is a 10 minute walk from the apartment in the other direction it has wonderful sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. You are also a 10 minute walk from the small fishing village of Castillo. Here you can find some of the best fish restaurants in the area.

Within a 25 minute drive you can find almost any activity you want. There's plenty to do; shopping in Marbella & Banus, Aquaparks, marine centres, boat trips (dolphin safaris), day trip to Tangiers - Africa, Tarifa (surfers' paradise) horse riding, sailing, diving, fishing, jet-sking, go- karting, National Parks & more.
The central location of our apartment is ideal for golfers, there are more than 40 golf courses along the 'Costa del Golf.' Valderrama, Sotogrande (both only 15 mins drive away) Los Arqueros and Monte Mayor and many more within a 40 minute drive.
In Estepona you have Selwo African game reserve, 40 mins away are the aqua parks of Mijas. If you go to the National Park in Estepona you can go horse riding.
The Spanish Fiesta's in the summer are a real lively experience!
When you arrive we advise you to take a short trip to the centre of Estepona and visit the tourist info centre, they speak english and have maps and leaflets for all the local activities.

Rental prices listed are in euros and are per week as we only take bookings for a minimum of 7 days
Deposits and payment : A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date. We also take a 100 euro cash deposit on arrival at the apartment to cover any possible damage to the apartment, this will be refunded when you leave once the apartment has been checked. If the keys are lost a payment of £60 euros will be taken to cover replacement cost. Emergency call out (ie: locked out) 30 euros. The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure to allow cleaning etc.
Airport collections/drop off by request at lower rates than normal taxi's. We can, by pre-arrangement, offer days out visiting places of interest (eg. Marbella/Puerto Banus, Ronda, Benahavis, Fuengirola.
