This beautiful large villa is located in La Fustera, on the coast road between Calpe and Moraira. The villa is set on a 1100m2 plot and is split over two levels. The property has recently been renevated by its owners and has been finished to a high standard. The villa also has a large private pool.
Within the villa, the accommodation on the top level includes, two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom plus 2 bathrooms a kitchen, lounge and a "naya". This leads to a lovely sun terrace with BBQ and amazing views of the sea and the Penon of Ifach.

Outside there is plenty of parking, washing machine and steps leading down to the pool area. The pool is 8 metres x 4 metres and the surrounding area is a real sun trap, with old olive trees that provide welcome shade if needed. The beach of La Fustera and the bars, restaurants and supermarket are just a 10 minute walk away.
There are a large number of restaurants locally, including Chinese, German, Indian, Spanish and English cuisine all providing excellent value dishes.
