Casa Alegria is set in the exclusive hamlet of Portet and just a couple of kilometers or so from the beautiful town of Moriara in the heart of the spectacular Costa Blanca. Casa Alegria is less than a ten minute walk from Portet´s very pretty sandy beach and offers a beautiful location for a holiday with its comfortable and flexible accommodation, private pool, separate BBQ dining room and wet bar, terraced gardens, and lovely Mediterranean and Mountain views.
The town of Moriara with its marina, sandy beaches, fabulous views and superb range of excellent restaurants and bars is only a 20 minutes walk away. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
Briefly, the accommodation comprises: Two reception area's; The first room is a spacious main living and dining area including; satellite TV, video player & films, CD stereo system, log fire & much reading material. The second reception area is a 27ft enclosed terrace or "Naya" that overlooks the pool and has sea views.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 large double and 1 large twin both with ensuites and a large double sofa bed plus a single bed in a 3rd bedroom that is located above the second bedroom and accessed via an open tread stairway. 2 ensuite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom.
A well fitted luxury kitchen including hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, mixer, juicer, kettle, cutlery and crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.
