Ten independent appartments, different from each other in size and style, welcome and satisfy every type of guest. Sited in 4 distinct farmhouses, they have been recently restored, respecting tradition though not neglecting modern comfort. They are equipped with Telephone, air conditioning/heating, sat-TV, safe. Cots and highsits are available for children. Our pool is fantastic and open from May to September. Many gardens surround the farmhouses and allow open-air dinners and barbecues. Also available: table tennis, badmington, volleyball, bowl play and rent of mountain bikes. Nearby tennis (7 kms), horseback riding (15 kms), golf (18km), Spas (18km), beach (20 kms).

Take a rest by our amazing pool forgetting the duties of everyday-life, or have a ride on a mountain bike exploring the surroundings! Feel free to let your children play and run across the countryside...traffic is far away as well as the city dangers. Golf Information: many golf courses are at short distance: the closest one is in Lignano, only 20 minutes away. The Grado Golf Club is about 40km from here and that of Udine (Fagagna) is about one hour drive.
The spectacles offered by the Marano Lagoon and by the River Stella are something to be joined almost once in a lifetime: birds, plants and unique landscapes perform a show a nature-lover or a birdwatcher cannot miss! We can book for you guided tours of the local natural Reserves or you can discover them by yourself by bike. Everyday a motorship departs for a trip through the Marano Lagoon.
Motorway A4 Venice-Trieste, exit Latisana. Reach the village of Palazzolo dello Stella on S.S.14 and at traffic light turn direction Piancada. Go on 7km on main road.
