Between Venice and Trieste (both 1 hour by train or car), the resort stands very close to the Adriatic Coast and to the sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The Natural Reserve of the Marano Lagoon shapes this amazing and still wild territory and makes its elements perform unique spectacles. Boats trips on the Lagoon are an exciting experience for adults and children and for birdwatchers too.

This apartment welcomes and satisfies every type of guest. Sited in 4 distinct farmhouses, all our apartments have been recently restored, respecting tradition though not neglecting modern comfort. They are equipped with telephone, air conditioning/heating, sat-TV, safe. Cots and highsits are available for children. Our pool is fantastic and open from May to September. Many gardens surround the farmhouses and allow open-air dinners and barbecues. Also available: table tennis, badmington, volleyball, bowl play and rent of mountain bikes. Nearby tennis (7 kms), horseback riding (15 kms), golf (18km), Spas (18km), beach (20 kms).
Fattoria apartment is sited on the first floor of Casale Fattoria, it is 90 m’’ large, with three bedrooms, one bathroom and a large kitchen. Country-style furnished but very large and confortable, apt. Fattoria is particularly suitable for large families and big groups of friends. This apartment is 80 m far away from the main area where the swimming pool and the breakfast room are. A green area with tables and chairs is available in front of the building.

The spectacles offered by the Marano Lagoon and by the River Stella are something to be joined almost once in a lifetime: birds, plants and unique landscapes perform a show a nature-lover or a birdwatcher cannot miss! We can book for you guided tours of the local natural Reserves or you can discover them by yourself by bike. Everyday a motorship departs for a trip through the Marano Lagoon.
