We are pleased to offer this 1 bedroom apartment which is adjoining the owners bed and breakfast business. The accommodation comprises a large lounge diner which enjoys far reaching views over the River Tamar to Dartmoor, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath, and a spacious bedroom. There is a bed settee in the lounge to accommodation 2 extra people if necessary. (A Z bed is also on hand for an extra 1 if required). The attractive gardens (which are shared with the other guests) offers a patio area were you can enjoy dining outside or have a bbq. (Please not there are 2 ponds in the garden so please supervise young children at all times outside).
The apartment has its own designated parking bay but there is also on road parking nearby. Plymouth is only a 15 min drive away with its cinemas, aquarium, theatre, ice rink, Barbican area, the Hoe and comprehensive shopping centre. For the golf enthusiast you could not be better situated to enjoy the 14 golf courses all located within a 40 min drive. The China Fleet Club offers as well as a golf course and driving range, gym facilities, swimming pool and beauty salon. If bringing young children, the privately owned sparkwell Zoo is just 15 mins drive away, with the larger Paignton Zoo about an hour away. Train enthusiasts can enjoy the nostalga of the steam age by visiting Buckfastleigh about 30 mins drive away. Cornish beaches are within easy reach and the Eden Project (a must) less than an hour away. Because the owners provide breakfast for their b & b guests you are welcome (for a small charge and 24 hrs notice) to join them. the owners are quite happy for you to smoke in the garden or on the patio outside the apartment (slightly under cover) but please do not smoke indoors. Pets are welcome.
