A self catering holiday bungalow for rent in a quiet holiday village on the south coast. Dogs are welcome. 2 heated swimming pools on the site, and tennis courts. A short walk from the from the beach with stunning views of the Isle of Wight and the Solent. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday with plenty to do on site. A great base for exploring the nearby towns and villages, Chichester (7 miles) Brighton (30miles) Portsmouth (25 miles) Arundel (18 miles) Bognor Regis (12 miles)
The site is private and quiet and the bungalow is south facing, and in a pretty little corner of the park surrounded by woodlands. It is fully double glazed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven/grill, along with ample cupboard space, there is a fridge with a small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and slow cooker. The dining table seats four. There is also a bistro table and chairs for the grassed area outside, there is a outside dining set.

Communal Pool, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. Parking is at the rear. The bungalow does not look out to the car park, bins and road like some bungalows do. Patio doors lead outside, which over looks a grass area with woodlands.

We do allow dogs as long as they are well behaved and don't chew the furniture. There are some lovely walks close by including the beach and surrounding villages.
Local activities in and around Earnley, South East
Bracklesham bay is a popular holiday resort on the south coast, a short drive from Chichester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Arundel, Bognor Regis, and Brighton. from Portsmouth or Southampton, you can take a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Arundel is another short drive which is a historic town with a castle. The Lanes in Brighton is a fashionable place to shop, with lots of boutiques, arts and crafts shops and small cafes.
The site itself has a pub/restaurant which has a variety of entertainment for adults and children, including karaoke, bands, and themed food evenings. There is a shop on the site which sells groceries, and can hire out tennis racquets and other sports equipment. There is also internet access.
From Chichester, head south on the A286 towards the Witterings, Earnley and Bracklesham. When arriving at Bracklesham bay, take a left turn into clappers lane towards Sussex beach holiday village.

Rental Notes: You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Two double duvets and plenty of pillows are supplied. Electric is included in the price and there is no extra charges for the tennis courts and the pool.
Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday arriving after 2pm and departing before 11am. This gives time for a bungalow check and a clean if necessary, although we do like you to leave the bungalow clean and tidy.
