This accommodation offers you: 2 En-suite double bedrooms, plus attic twin bedroom with beautiful views overlooking the rooftops and city walls. All rooms are large, bright and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space, quality linen and towels, including beach towels. The spacious lounge/diner is elegant and modern with all the necessities that will make your stay here pleasurable, including large plasma TV screen and a selection of DVDs.
Everything, from guided tours, boat trips, historical monuments, theatre and smart bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk away – everything a visit to Dubrovnik is worthy of.

This is a 4 storey house hence unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. Also, parents with toddlers please beware as the stairs are quite steep.

Every July the Summer Festival is held in Dubrovnik, perfect for all those who enjoy theatre plays in the open (on fortresses or Rector´s Palace) or classical music and folklore. While staying at 22 The Stradun do not miss the opportunity to experience the spirit of the Old Town and medieval atmosphere, no traffic, narrow streets, old stone houses and the City walls. The beautiful beaches Banje and St Jacob are close to the House. Water sports are available at Banje beach, as well as Thai, Shiatzu and other massages. There is a regular boat service to the mysterious Island of Lokrum or the medieval township of Cavtat from the Old Town Harbour, which is only a short walk from the House. Regular boat tours from the Old Harbor will also take you to the Elaffiti Islands and other beautiful locations.
The house is located on Stradun, so just get a bus or taxi to Pile Gate. We organise transfers and car rentals for our guests, offering competent rates and a personalised service.
