This luxury detached villa, which is situated on a larger than average plot is located in the exclusive Vistas Del Mar area of Corralejo The villa is very private and is surrounded by gardens containing tropical plants. It also has a private heated swimming pool, and a 5 seater hot tub with 52 massaging jets which is kept at a perfect ambient temperature for your comfort. The property has been furnished to a very high standard, with a comtemporary finish to give guests the best comfort during their stay.
There is also plenty of sunbathing space either around the pool or on the large roof terrace, which boasts panoramic views of Corralejo, Lobos and Lanzarote. For those who like Alfresco dining there is a BBQ area along with a large outside dining table and chairs.
The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are within easy reach along with the stunning beaches and the famous Sand Dunes. The Lively centre of Corralejo is only a short distance away.

Villa Paz has a contemporary living room containing a large L shaped chocolate brown leather sofa. A state of the art flat screen television complemented with a Sony cinema, surround DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a Playstation 2 with a selection of games and an Ipod docking station.
The dining area consists of a large modern wooden table with 6 high backed cream dining chairs, large patio doors lead out onto the sun terrace. The villa is eqipped to offer everything you will need whilst on holiday. The separate modern kitchen has granite worksurfaces throughout along with a stainless steel oven, and 4 ring ceramic hob and extractor fan. There is also a microwave/grill, kettle, toaster,sandwich toaster, microwavable bottle steriliser, coffee maker, cool box and all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is also a separate utility room with a automatic washing machine with ironing and drying facilities. For your convenience all washing powder is provided.
The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath along with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink set into a granite top. There is also a mirror with a overhead spot light. The main family bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and sink set in a granite top. Both bathrooms are fully tiled in modern cream tiles.
Outside the property, there is a private gate which leads to the large double solid wood front door with 2 Roman pillars either side, which is covered by a tiled roof. There is also a private drive with ample parking for 2 or more vehicles. The tropical planting surrounds the property where the pool and hot tub can be found.
The master bedroom with bathroom ensuite has a king sized bed, fitted double wardrobes with built in safe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a remote operated ceiling fan. The 2 twin rooms both have twin beds with built in wardrobes, bedside table with bedside light and remote operated ceiling fans.

Villa Paz is all on one level therefore it is suitable for both families and the elderly. Smoking is not permitted in the villa, however ashtrays will be provided for the outside terraces.
Local activities in and around Corralejo, Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura is famous for watersports including windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing and canoeing. These sports can all be found within easy reach of the villa and all offer courses and lessons from beginner to expert. There are also world championship golf courses in Fuerteventura, these are situated in Caleta de Fuste and in the South of the Island. The beaches in Fuerteventura are stunning with clear blue waters and sandy beaches which are ideal for familes. Deep sea fishing trips are also available.
There are also many excursions available. Jeep Safaris, Quad Safaris, trips to Lanzarote and Lobos. Snorkel trips and even scuba diving. There is also a newly built fantastic water park with not only slides, wave machine, childrens pools but also restaurants, Aquatic centre, climbing wall and small theme park. In the south of the Island is a zoo, which is well worth a visit.
There are also many places of interest to see on the Island with tiny Spanish villages. The town of Corralejo has lots to offer with many restaurants serving fine foods. There are also many bars to visit. Those who like live music can find different entertaniners on every night of the week. The capital of Puerto De Rosario is a vibrent city with many cafes and shops including a large shopping mall.

Rental Notes: Changeover days are usually Wednesday and Saturday although this can be flexible to suit flight times. A private pick up can also be arranged from and to the airport.
Guests staying 2 weeks with receive a mid week clean. For guests who would extra cleans during their stay then maid service can be arranged at a small extra cost. This is pre-bookable and payable on arrival at the villa.
The pool heating is charged at an extra cost of 65 Euros per week and must be booked in advance.
